Our Story

We are Liz and Maria, two friends who both live and work in Whitby. We both have business backgrounds with experience of running our own customer facing businesses, where customer service and satisfaction is our main priority.

A few years ago we decided to bring our experiences and skills together and set up our own holiday management company. We started off with the commercial cleaning side and very quickly built up a portfolio of holiday lets, alongside a trusted team of cleaners who have the same values as us, and clean to our own high standards.

Just as we were about to launch the management side of our business – along came Covid, and like the rest of the country, our plans were put on hold. Now however, life is returning to normality and we are forging ahead with our new business. We have 2 very different, but equally beautiful properties on our books already, and we are ready to take on more.

What do we offer?

As an owner we can offer you a fully managed service for your holiday let. We will take care of the bookings, the customer liaison, day to day management, maintenance, change over cleaning and anything else that may arise. Our strength is in the personal service we offer you. We meet with you in person, and visit the property in order to discuss your needs and decide on every detail of your requirements. You will always speak to one of us in person if you have any queries, and we are on call if you or any guests have any questions or issues. We know your property as well as we know our own, and treat it accordingly.

As a guest we can offer you the same personal service as we offer our owners. You will deal with us from the beginning, and we will answer any of your questions to ensure you get the holiday you deserve. We personally check that your accommodation is clean and ready on time for you, and any required extras are in place. In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay we are on hand to deal with it personally.
